Jeff Hall was the founder and CEO of Maximus Media and a respected leader in the Central Valley’s media and music community. Throughout his life, Jeff believed in the power of creativity, mentorship, and giving others the opportunity to discover their potential. He built more than a successful media company—he created a place where musicians, artists, and storytellers could learn, grow, and pursue their passions.
To honor that legacy and Jeff’s memory, Valley Music Hall of Fame has established the Jeff Hall Memorial Music Education Fund. This fund will support local middle and high school music programs beyond classroom instruction:
- bringing in professional (musicians, composers, producers) to the classroom;
- visiting recording studios or other music industry facilities;
- supporting educational field trips that expose students to professional orchestras or ensembles.
Please consider making a donation to the Jeff Hall Memorial Music Education Fund and help provide young musicians with experiences they might not otherwise have the opportunity to enjoy. That might be spending a day at Maximus Media being mentored by a sound engineer; a professional musician could be brought on campus for workshops on composition and music production; a student music ensemble could attend a tour and an orchestral performance at Walt Disney Concert Hall in LA, or attend an open rehearsal at the Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco. These are just a few examples of how the funds could be used.
