In addition to honoring those who have made significant contributions to our local musical heritage, The Valley Music Hall of Fame is also seeking to help perpetuate the musical vibrancy of our community by creating a musical scholarship program. Thus, we are in the process of creating the Jeff Hall Memorial Scholarship Fund, named after the former owner of Maxius Media, who was a central figure in the valley music industry.
The goal of this scholarship is to provide some financial support for aspiring middle and high school music students, thereby enabling them to continue their education, purchase instruments and/or participate in workshops and summer camps.
Work on this scholarship program is just getting underway and we hope to be able to make the first awards in the Fall or Spring semesters of 2024/25.
You can help us achieve our goals of paying respect to our musical history and giving back to our community with your financial support. In return you and/or your organization will be acknowledged in all VMHOF publications and correspondence. You will also earn the heartfelt gratitude from those who benefit from your generosity.
